Question: Men and women spend thousands of dollars every year to go to the salon and take care of their hair. However, most report that they are less than satisfied with the results. When reading some of the comments in the room, you will find people who like the look of size / color / permanent, but are very dissatisfied with the service. Some describe rooms with hairdressers and arrogant, rude or inappropriate staff. Why is E Salon different in this respect? How do you approach customer complaints?

Emiliano: First of all, hairdressers are a reflection of their leader. You do not have hard or arrogant team members, you have rude and arrogant owners. Hairdressers around the world, in fact, wake up humanity every morning and want to give it its best. Then they go to work and are rude just because they are not appreciated or lack self-esteem. It is every leader's duty to dedicate themselves to their team and inspire their team to cooperate in a harmonious spirit.

The only reason we succeed is because I work for my team. A long time ago, I made a promise that when one of my team members leaves, they will leave a better person and a better hairdresser. It is easy to blame the members of our team for making mistakes and not being good enough. But I can assure you that if everyone, including owners, we realized that the person looking at you in the mirror was responsible for the state of our lives then this industry, let alone this world, would be a more prominent place.
